* This discount does not apply to the first member registering at this address. All members claiming this discount will not have correspondence sent to them as it will be sent to the first member claiming this discount. NB this saving in administration costs for the club is being passed directly onto the members who choose to claim it.
** Chaff Chat is not a compulsory charge. Pro rata rate applies from January 2011. The club copy will be available for viewing at each club rally.

Please note: Memberships must be processed and valid, with the green HRCAV membership card stamped, signed and dated by the club secretary before riding with the club or at any HRCAV events.

GRADING:

As soon as you and your horse have been graded you are able to compete in any competition in your grade. The club does organize these periodically.

MEMBERSHIP CARDS:

All membership cards once sent to you by the HRCAV are your sole responsibility.  These must be kept safe at all times and cannot be liquid papered on.  The HRCAV charges a fee for any replacement cards needed after the original has been issued. You will need to have the secretary stamp and sign your membership card as soon as you pay your Annual Fees and then take your membership card and relevant discipline cards with you to all competitions. ‘No valid cards, no ride’ is the competition rule. You do not need to bring them to each Rally.

Ritchies IGA - Community Benefit Cards

The club is registered with the Ritchies Community Benefit Program. Every dollar spent in any Ritchies IGA supermarket /liquor store counts towards the clubs total for each month. When the total rises over $1000, $10 is donated back to the club for the clubs use.
